The company was formed in 1990 and has grown into a significant IT company with a £40 million turnover and over 60 staff. Dedication to customer service has helped Repton develop a large and diverse client base including organisations such as, BNP/Paribas, Cantor Fitzgerald, Citibank, Lloyds TSB, OM Group, Ladbrokes, Tiscali, BT, World Golf Systems, and several NHS trusts and local authorities.
As a result, Repton is able to offer a comprehensive range of services on all platforms including: NT, Red Hat Linux, HP-UX, Solaris and OVMS. We have built up high levels of technical expertise in many business critical IT areas including Oracle, Veritas, Citrix and VMWare. In addition we continue to be a leading supplier of key manufacturers with senior accreditations held in IBM, HP, Sun,Cisco and 3COM.
Repton invests in technology support and technical excellence is one of our strengths .Our customer Datacentre has a $1.5M Itanium Superdome running 4 operating systems, (the first of it’s kind in the UK), C-Class Blades, a Citrix Demo Suite, a VMWare Workshop, a Sun iForce Center and a fully operational IBM test facility. Supporting these are storage subsystems and full test laboratories where our customers can examine vendor’s offerings and test software.
